This is the first room buyers see when entering the home. It started out as an overflow playroom. By using furniture from another area of the house, this Living Room actually looked inviting and gave the room a purpose.

This room was off the kitchen with doors to the outside. After adding a table, chairs, accessories and a rug, the eating area was defined and there was still easy access to the doors.

This kitchen and eating area had outdated lighting, window coverings and was cluttered with toys and excess items on the table and counter top. After de-cluttering and adding a new blind, light and a centerpiece, this area served as an enjoyable place to entertain and eat!

This unfinished kitchen had prospective buyers adding up the cost and hassle of finishing it! With new stainless steel appliances and a new slate floor, Linda advised adding a tin backsplash with a copper color bringing warmth and continuity to the walls and the slate floor. A granite counter top along with replacing the hardware on the cupboards gave the kitchen a whole new look that was completely up to date! Adding some inexpensive bar stools finished it off!

Kitchen Staging
This high end home was not turning heads with the old appliances and lighting. So the seller replaced the white appliances with stainless steel ones, the faucet with brushed nickel, de-cluttered the counter, and added recessed lights. It sold in a week!

This empty bedroom had no focal point. After filling it with the proper furniture, accessories, and window coverings, the buyers can visualize themselves and their own furniture in this space.

This small entertainment bar area was used as temporary storage. With some organizing and de-cluttering it emerged as an inviting asset to an adjoining great room.
Office Staging
An office was needed and with a small budget this spare room fit the bill. Adding a warm golden paint color, inexpensive window coverings for light control and privacy, and some furniture and accessories and this becomes a functional work area.
