How does the Staging Process Work?
During the initial consultation; Linda will talk with you about your home and do a walk through, during which she will take “before” pictures and do some initial staging as time permits. Linda will prepare a written report detailing priorities in each room to help you sell your home quickly and at the highest marketable price. You may want to do all or some of the action items yourself or have Linda handle the priorities.
Staging Fees: $125 (initial home walk through, report, return walk through)
Additional Staging: $35/hr
Home Staging for Builders and Developers
- Full staging service for show homes
- For vacant properties home staging gives the buyer a reference point

Vacant Staging Fees: Set fee for staging and de-staging (depending on square footage of the home) and any additional furniture rental fees
The Re-Design Process
Linda will do an initial walk through of your home to see what furnishings and accessories you have, and discuss your budget. Then she will re-use many of your items in other areas of the home to give it a fresh new look that is functional and inviting. If you would like to add new accessories, furnishings, or artwork Linda will help you in choosing those items also.
